Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting original art made in Louisiana. Every product in the Sydney DeVille Studio shop is made to order, which means it is produced just for you after you place your order. Please read below so you know what to expect.

Production Time

All orders require a production period before they ship. This is standard for print-on-demand and handcrafted goods.

Greeting cards, stickers, and hats — 2 to 5 business days production time (fulfilled by Printful)
Leather bags and luxury goods — 5 to 7 business days production time (fulfilled by Contrado)

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States — 3 to 5 business days
International — 10 to 20 business days depending on destination

Total Estimated Delivery

Domestic orders — 5 to 10 business days from order date
Luxury bag orders — 10 to 14 business days from order date

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the production facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
